No password yet?

If you joined with just your mobile number and skipped the password, Be Social asks you to create one first (on “Complete your profile”). It confirms the request really comes from you.

Cannot sign in?

Reset your password at besocial.bd/recover, or email info@besocial.bd from any address with your registered mobile number. We will send a code to that number to confirm it is yours before we delete the account.

What is deleted

After 30 days: your mobile number, email, password, sessions, settings, profile (with your name, date of birth, gender and cover photo), photos, posts, videos, stories, clips, listings, songs, the events and jobs you posted, your job applications, reactions, saved items, friends, follows, invites, verification requests and payment records. Photo and video files are removed from our storage too.

What stays

• Messages you sent and comments on other people’s posts — they are part of someone else’s conversation. Your name is removed; they show as “Deleted account”.
• A group you created stays for its other members, without your name. A Page you own passes to its longest-serving admin, or is deleted with your account if nobody else manages it.
• Records of reports and rule enforcement, kept for safety, without your contact details.

Changed your mind?

Within the 30 days, reactivate your account at besocial.bd/reactivate — that cancels the deletion. After 30 days it cannot be undone. Want a copy of your information first? Use Settings → Download your information.
