Only verified profiles and Pages can upload songs to Be Social Music. If you are a singer, a band from a Dhaka university, a folk artist or a small label, create a Page for your music, choose the category that fits, and request verification. Once verified, you can upload your songs, and listeners can find them by searching your name or your album.
Your Page is also where you post news, show photos from your last show and gather followers, so your music and your audience live in one place.
Fair to the people who make the music
Songs belong to the people who make them. Be Social Music has Content ID, which lets rights holders claim their songs when someone else uploads them. If your own upload is removed after a claim and you believe that is a mistake, you can appeal.
How to start listening
Create a free Be Social account with a Bangladeshi phone number (you get an SMS code) or with an email address. Be Social is for adults aged 18 and over. On Android, install the app from besocial.bd/download/besocial.apk. On an iPhone or a computer, open besocial.bd in your browser. The whole app works in Bangla and English, so the menus read the way you like.
